2019 Health Professional and Patient survey

Each year, RDN conducts surveys of both patients and Outreach health practitioners. In 2018-19, 253 Outreach health practitioners and 492 patients participated.
The Outreach Patient Survey seeks to gain valuable feedback on the patient experience, while the Outreach Visiting Health Practitioner Survey seeks comment on a health practitioner’s overall program satisfaction as well as insights on service delivery, communications, workforce trends, telehealth and local and cultural orientation practices.
Survey feedback is used to inform service planning as part of Outreach’s quality improvement process.
