OUTREACH FORUM REIMAGINED
In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation in rural and remote communities in NSW & ACT and the resulting pressures on the health sector, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the online event on 17th September.
We recognise that in times of great stress and uncertainty, taking the time to reflect, connect and learn together is even more crucial and valuable to your wellbeing and professional practice.
In its place will be the 2021 Outreach Forum Reimagined, which will deliver a series of shorter sessions and opportunities to connect digitally in the coming months.
These free events will explore the theme of tenacity - persistence, realistic optimism and bounce back. It will consist of presentations, panel discussions and spotlight sessions showcasing the tenacity of outreach health practitioners and service providers in these challenging times.
Thursday 21 October, 6.30 - 7.30pm
Address from the National Rural Health Commissioner
In this webinar, Associate Professor Stewart will address the 2021 Outreach Forum theme of resilience, tenacity, and advice for rural health leaders working in increasingly challenging circumstances. The session will be streamed live, and will include a Q&A session. As we anticipate a high volume of questions, we strongly encourage participants to provide questions at the time of registration.
