The annual Outreach Forum is a unique event that brings together health administrators, health practitioners, and other stakeholders who help deliver outreach services across NSW and the ACT. Outreach plays a key role in providing Aboriginal and rural communities increased access to health services.
The Forum is an opportunity to share best practice and learn about innovative outreach service models.
NSW Rural Doctors Network is excited to announce that the 2021 Outreach Forum will be held on Thursday 16 and Friday 17 September at the International Convention Centre Sydney (Darling Harbour).
The theme for this year's forum is: tenacity - persistence, realistic optimism and bounce back. It will consist of presentations, panel discussions and tabletop sessions that highlight the tenacity of outreach health practitioners and service providers and their continued commitments to improve health outcomes for patients and communities.
