Otitis Media Guidelines presented by the Menzies School of Health Research
NSW Rural Doctors Network (RDN) and the Aboriginal Health & Medical Research Council (AH&MRC) of NSW invite you to attend the free webinar series: Otitis Media Guidelines presented by the Menzies School of Health Research.
You can help every child to hear well, listen, play and learn. The Otitis Media Guidelines App (OMApp) can assist primary health care providers in the delivery of comprehensive, effective and appropriate care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with otitis media (OM). Join us for the two part webinar series.
Session one - Tuesday 24 August
This session will cover the OMApp including navigating the diagnosis algorithm and management recommendations for every kind of OM for high and low-risk children.
Session two - Tuesday 31 August
This session will dig deeper into the OMApp to find the evidence for recommendations such as antibiotics, surgery or watchful waiting.
