Due to the extension of the COVID-19 lockdown in Sydney, the 2021 Outreach Forum will now be held online from 9.30am - 1.30pm on Friday 17 September.
The 2021 Outreach Forum is an unparalleled opportunity for outreach health practitioners and stakeholders who host outreach services to share stories of success and learn about how others deliver outreach clinics to rural and Aboriginal communities.
This free event will explore the theme of tenacity - persistence, realistic optimism and bounce back. It will consist of presentations, panel discussions and spotlight sessions showcasing the tenacity of outreach health practitioners and service providers in these challenging times.
