NSW Rural Doctors Network (RDN) invites Obstetrics Proceduralists to attend the Instrument delivery webinar with Dr Henry Murray.
The webinar will look at the factors that improve the chances of performing a successful assisted delivery. It will use the moulding score and the descent of the fetal head to guide both the advisability and the technique/instrument used.
Dr Murray is a Maternofetal Medicine Subspecialist, head of Maternity and Gynaecology at John Hunter Hospital, Associate Professor at the University of Newcastle and Acting Co-Director in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Wollongong Hospital. Dr Murray’s professional interests include performing Outreach high-risk clinics across the Hunter New England region and his research interest is in fetal monitoring.
