GP Resources & Support

One of the NSW Rural Doctors Network's (RDN's) key roles is to support existing rural GPs and their families. As well as being a one-stop-shop for information on all rural medical workforce issues for NSW. RDN provides a number of services such as managing financial grants for GP relocation, educating and supervising conditionally registered doctors and coordinating rural medical family support via the Rural Medical Family Network.

RDN also designs and supplies practical resources to assist GPs in difficult tasks such as succession planning, and in developing and implementing innovative approaches to recruiting GPs (eg GP entity structures).
